The Q-100B cutter can cut round workpieces up to 100mm in diameter and rectangular specimens up to 100mm high and 200mm deep. The machine cools the specimen through a self-circulating cooling system to prevent the specimen from overheating during the cutting process and burning out the tissue. The machine can also set the cutting speed for cutting different specimens, which improves the quality of the cut specimen. The machine is divided into manual cutting and automatic cutting. The large volume cutting room is more convenient for the cutter to use, and is one of the necessary sample preparation equipment for metallographic testing in colleges and universities, factories and enterprises.
