Chongqing Jinmanlong Machinery Co., Ltd. has been established for 22 years, covering an area of 30 acres. The completed factory covers an area of 8000 square meters, and currently has 150 employees, including 35 engineering and management personnel. The company has 3 mold processing centers, 5 mold lathes, 4 forging production lines of 400T, 630T, 1000T, and 1600T, 1 mesh belt quenching and tempering heat treatment furnace, and 2 shaft parts machining lines, with an annual production capacity of 15000 tons.

The company has passed the IATF16949:2016 quality management system and has high-precision professional testing equipment such as raw material elemental spectrum analyzer, Brinell hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester, metallographic microscope, magnetic particle testing machine, tensile testing machine, etc. Having the development capabilities, quality assurance capabilities, and production delivery capabilities for forging and machining various parts such as automobiles, motorcycles, engineering machinery, railway accessories, and new energy industry chains.

 

The company's main products include wheel hubs and steering knuckles for automotive chassis, camshafts and crankshafts for engines, primary and secondary shafts and shift gears for transmissions, reduction gears and motor shafts for new energy vehicles, and swing arms, pull rods, and differential housings for commercial vehicles. The main customers of the company are Chongqing Changjiang Co., Ltd., Chongqing Wanxiang Qianchao Co., Ltd., Chongqing Construction Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd.
